My name is Christine Silvester and I’ve worked with Warwick Financial Solutions for approximately 15 years now.

Warwick Financial Solutions have been great over the years. They’ve helped us with some investments, and one thing we’ve really appreciated from the team is they’ve told us about different savings plans and policies that we probably wouldn’t have thought of. The great thing is they’ve told us about these options, but it’s very much been our decision. They weren’t too pushy, in terms of taking things out. They just gave us all the information, which was really helpful, and very much left it to us.

It gives us some comfort and we feel like we’re in good hands. If we’ve ever got any questions, one of the team are always there on the end of an email or the phone.

I think “reassuring” is the word that sums up how we feel, and that we’ve got somebody who’s looking out for us.

I started trading on my own about 15–16 years ago. If any of my clients ask for pension advice, or they’re looking to make investments, I give them the contact details for Warwick Financial Solutions. I can say that I do this comfortably, as we use them as a family and have always received excellent service. They usually follow through and contact them, and have always come back to me and said how great the team there were in helping them out.

My husband was really poorly a few years ago but they set up some policies for us that really helped us. The team looked out for us, they sorted things out at a time when it was very difficult for us. I could leave it all to them to make sure everything was arranged. I couldn’t have done without them, they were brilliant.
